2. What we process and why

When you submit the contact or booking form we process your name, email address, phone number, the topic of your enquiry, your message and the time of your consent. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)). Data is kept for two years after the enquiry is closed, or until consent is withdrawn.

Server logs (IP address, browser, requested page) are kept for a maximum of 30 days on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

3. Processors

• Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and technical logs.
• HighLevel Inc. (GoHighLevel) — form submissions, booking calendar and enquiry storage.
• Google Ireland Ltd. — web fonts, embedded YouTube previews, and (with consent) Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement.

4. Cookies and measurement

No measurement or marketing cookies are set when you open the site. A bar at the bottom of the page lets you decide whether to consent to measurement.

• If you accept: Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads tags are loaded, and a conversion event is sent when the contact form is submitted successfully. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
• If you decline: no Google script is loaded and no measurement takes place.

Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage so you are not asked on every visit. Clearing your browser data resets it.

The embedded booking calendar and YouTube previews may set their own cookies, governed by those providers’ own notices.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, object to processing, and exercise the right to data portability. Write to info@passzivbefekteto.hu; we respond within 30 days.

6. Remedies

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, naih.hu) or bring court proceedings.
